Wow, time flies!
I can't believe it has been over a month since I last posted. We have been super busy around here. We went through a spell of the flu. Everyone had it except Jonathan. I have no idea how he kept from getting it, but he stayed well. It took two weeks for everyone to get back to normal. I felt like I hadn't been to church in forever. The Valentines Banquet went good. Although, I forgot to take any pictures, and I'm still kicking myself for. Wednesday starts our missions conference. It's our first one here at Lighthouse and we are excited. We will be having a international dinner on Saturday that is sure to be good. The Mitchells are coming down from Maine, they are church planters. Then Mr. Broc will be here, they were in France for a number of years and are now starting a different ministry. School is going good. It is nice to see the end of the books in sight. Seth started his last chapter in science today. Oh, how exciting that is!! Then we have to start health, something I haven't taught before. Caleb is reading good now. He doesn't have to sound out EVERY word now. That will drive you crazy after a while. Leah has started multiplication and division. And Jonathan's history is completely beyond anything I remember. Keep us in your prayer!

Hey! It's good to hear how things are going. I'm keeping you all in my prayers and still miss you guys. Tell everyone I said "hey."
@ Anna, Hey girl, I've lost your email address. Could you resend it? Thanks!
Hey Kelly!!!

I would go to your blog everyday and nothing. I am glad you blogged so I could see how you were doing.
Love ya Lots,
Laura (your favorite niece!!!!)
Wow I can't believe how big the kids are getting. I wanted to watch the mission Conf. but we don't have the right flash drive on our computer.
The school projects look fun and exciting. I'm sure I will have my fill of project when the kids get into their school books.
Okay you are about two months late but tell me how to get wallpaper of the wall? We tried to get the wallpaper off the walls in our kitchen and the paint under it was coming off with it. Well it was lead paint and with my condition and having the children there in the house it just wasn't a safe thing to deal with so we tour the old drywall out and put new up. The walls are now even and done a lot better.
I really can't wait till my children start getting baptized I'm sure that will be a wonderful feeling that you really can't explain. I'm looking for the day when Spurgoen and Micaiah tells me they are called to preach. We aren't goign to push them we don't even pray that way in front of them but we can pray for the best. GracieMae is goign to be missionary in China. I use to say the first missionary but we support a couple 'The Childs' and they are going to China as missionaries. I thought it was a closed country but I guess not.
WEll it was good to see everyone again and hear how things are going I will try not to be a stranger but I do keep myself pretty busy and doing what I want to do isn't in the picture most of the time. Love ya and we've been praying for ya'll. Just keep us in your prayers as we still seek God's direction in our lives after Hervy finishes Bible College. If you would could you put his mom on your prayer list she really isn't doing well at all. She is saved so that is the best thing out of all of the situation. Ethlel Crockett is her name. Thank you for your prayers
In Christ,
Melissa
